Kevin has spent over twenty-five years in a variety of technical and leadership positions in the US and Europe, including serving as the president of a high-growth software company. He recognized a gap in the leadership development market for practical offerings that were designed for long term behavioral change, and not just information transfer by eloquent speakers. Kevin founded Cognizant Leadership to combine visual learning tools, escape room experiences, and team retrospectives in a way that would help individuals and teams learn more about themselves and create lasting change.
